OK then, here's how it's done. Camera on tripod, open the shutter. Use a torch to paint the subject with light then turn off the torch. This gives you the frozen image of your subject. Next pass the torch to him and get him paint the floor with the torch making patterns or just flashes on the ground or use a couple of mobile phones (display facing camera) and get him to dance like a loon! Then close the shutter.
