Yesterday, I took part in my first (mini) triathlon. 200 meter swim, 15Km cycle, 3.3Km run. Amazing how much harder the distances are when you complete one immediately after another!
Weather was great, family were hugely supportive. Had a really good race. Came 31st of 82 starters.
I've heard that there's a sprint distance end of next month...
